How to alter nylon thigh HIGH STOCKINGS?
I'm a serious sewing novice.
I have a pair of nylon over-the-knees, which really aren't over-the-knees. They're thigh highs and I wish to wear them so the tops are visible under a somewhat short skirt/shorts.
Now, my questions are:
1. if i were to alter them, would altering NYLON STOCKINGS be any different from cotton materials (only materials i've worked with). If so, how?
2. How would i alter them?
