****Do Guys Normally Say Things Like This......?
Ok so me and this guy at my work have been flirting for about 4 months. And about a month ago, we were sitting in the stockroom and he just randomly said out of the blue
" I was thinking about you last night."
So I just said, oh ok.. and laughed. He said that he
"was thinking about how cute and gorgeous I am. How he can talk to me about anything and how I like the most cutest things."
To be honest I was a bit taken back, I was flattered but at the same time kind of embarrassed or freaked out. I have never met a man that can just talk to me like that before.
But he keeps saying it to me, and I really dont know what to say back to him.
Anyways, am I right in thinking he wants something more that just a office fling?
Any suggestions with what I could say back to him?
well from reading i have thought up of two things.
one - he wants yous, i think he really does like you, you don't really say anything like that when your flirting. it sounds like you've really made an impression on him whether its the right one you wanted to, i don't know. From just reading that it does sound like he wants more then flirting or friendship.
two - it could also mean that he thinks more of you as a friend, i mean if he can open up to you about anything that's something friends do really, like really good friends. It shows he has a lot of trust in you and that he appreciates you.
I think the first one is the most likely, i mean i think hes said "i can talk to you about anything" then realized that he may have said to much so he quickly tried to take focus away from it about say thing how you find things cute.
you should talk to him and tell him your intentions before he gets the wrong idea's of whats going on. You may be doing harmless flirting but to him its something that he loves or its made him like you.
