OVERSTOCK PHONES
I have locked my LG MG800c with T-mobile and i entered many codes i know and now its been asking me for a PUK?
I have searched online but really, there's not much information about the phone. I bought this phone unlocked from Overstock for like $90 and before I do anything should I change my mobile carrier or get a new phone?
So...I don't know what to do. Please Help Me.
Call t-mobile from a phone other then your cell(obviously) 1-800-937-8997
Tell them that you need the PUK code for your phone and which phone it is. Once they have that information they will tell you a series of numbers and/or letters that you will need to enter when it asks for the code. Once you do this you will be able to use your phone no problem.
