I need help with a stock rights question?
My company gave me both STOCK OPTIONS of which I have 166 remaining, and reserved STOCK UNITS of which I have 20 remaining. My company adopted a 'poison pill' because former CEO purchased stock when the price plumetted from around $50 a share down to $3 a share since the new CEO took over. My faith in this new CEO is heavily decreased because of this and other management issues. Do I have any recourse to the board of directors based on either options or rss's?
Probably Not. But if a major shareholder starts any legal proceedings against the board, you should probably pay attention.
