are you allowed to use a highway weight station for a normal car?
I would like to know the exact weight of my car. I have added many aftermarket parts therefore I can't use the stock curb weight. are there any fees? any restrictions?

why not go to a local gravel yard, scrap metal yard, or cement or brick yard, they all have scales
better yet, gather up some scrap metal, throw in the back of your car, then take it to a scrap metal yard, drive on the scale and you will get the weight with the scrap metal, unload the scrap, then weigh it again when you leave and you get the weight
