How do you TRADE STOCKS by the graph?
I trade by looking for the 13 day EMA to trend up through the 50 but how do you trade? I've really got hurt the past few times best way gets best answer 5 stars and 10pts
Your method is fine...you got the general principle right. Just have to let the law of averages work in your favor.
Example: Lets say... someone were to give you a two sided coin that came up heads 60% of time and tails 40%....all you have to do is keep betting on heads. Now...you may loose that bet....people will try to tell you that was bad bet...no it wasn't...it was a good bet....just a bad outcome. Give the law of averages time to work in your favor.
Using EMA will give you an edge. It will not however guarantee a good outcome.
Remember Clint Eastwood in "Outlaw Jossie Whales"....he always fought with the sun at his back and in his opponents eyes...it gave him the edge.
